• 400 grams of tapioca flour
  • 200 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of milk (warm)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pour warmed milk over tapioca and mix.
  3. Mix in all other ingredients leaving Parmesan cheese for last.
  4. Round quarter size balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Make sure to place foil on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, this usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool and enjoy.
