PQ Market Update

In 92129, we currently have 61 homes for sale with the average number of days on the market being 22. The current average listing price in PQ currently sits around $730,000, continuing the trend upward. Keep in mind that this number can change a great deal depending on the ratio of condos to detached homes. Currently, 49 of the available 61 are detached homes, which lends to a higher average listing price.

We are clearly in a strong sellers’ market, but don’t let this deter you from buying. Whether it’s your dream home or your “just for now” home, this is still an amazing time to buy because interest rates are low. Locking in a low payment on a great home could be an incredible decision, setting you and your family up for life.
