The Rancho Peñasquitos Branch Library will be one of 14 San Diego Public Library locations across the county hosting the 3rd Annual How-To Festival on Saturday, May 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The festival is an interactive community educational event in which participating libraries host free mini presentations and workshops. Attendees of all ages have the opportunity to learn things like how to dance the jitterbug, how to overcome stress with yoga and meditation, how to draw Pokémon characters, how to weave an afghan, how to roll basic sushi, how to wear a scarf six different ways, and much more. Festival presenters are community experts from all walks of life, offering something for everyone.

Other participating locations include the Mira Mesa Library, Clairemont Branch Library, Mission Hills Branch Library, Pacific Beach Branch Library, Serra Mesa-Kearny Mesa Branch Library, and the Central Library, among others. For more information visit www.sandiego.gov/howtofestival.
