4S Ranch Community Pool Now Open

4S Ranch Community Pool opened last weekend (May 1) for the first time this year — and plans to stay open later in the day through the summer season in 2010. The pool, located at 16118 4S Ranch Parkway, is operated by Pacific Swim.

4S Ranch Fields Site of Chelsea King Fundraiser

La Jolla Youth Baseball has donated its field at Cliffridge Park for use on Sunday to raise money for the Chelsea’s Light Scholarship Fund. In addition, the La Jolla Surf, a 12-and-under team managed by Tim Scott, Greg Hansen and Paul Delmore, will participate.

Student’s Team gets 1st Place at the Pacific Coast Sectionals

Six grade student Kate Pozon’s undefeated synchronized ice skating team achieved 1st place in all of their competitions in Aliso Viejo, Anaheim, Escondido, Kroc Center Ice, and San Diego Ice Arena.
